Heart Full of Joy

And we're back in Europe!

We flew into Vienna from Tel Aviv, to wind and chilly temperatures. Brrr!! Wish I'd gotten my coat out from my suitcase.

We'd booked a shuttle van back to Ostrava, but finding where it departed from was a little tricky. I'm thankful Dave is so relaxed about things like that, and not afraid to go ask for directions! With a cup of coffee in hand, he can do anything! 😉

We finally connected with the van and driver, got our things loaded in, and headed back to Czech. We had a four hour drive ahead of us.

Twenty minutes into the trip, the driver's phone rang. After some conversation (in Slovak as he was from Slovakia!), he told us he'd forgotten a passenger at the airport. So back we went to pick him up! Made the trip home a little longer, but we did arrive safely at 1 this morning.

These past sixteen days have been filled with some of the most treasured memories: the GYI trip to Herrnhut and Prague, our 30th anniversary celebration, and then Israel again for a week. I've got a journal full of notes to read over and a heart full of joy to live out of.

My heart is full of thanks to the Lord for his kindness and goodness over these past weeks.
