Migraine Relief

After all the doctor's appointments and helpful treatments I've received here in the US, it's now been four weeks since I've experienced a migraine headache.

I feel like a different person.

Through the help of diagnosis and a treatment plan, I am implementing many changes that will hopefully prevent me from having the migraines, at least not as severely nor frequently as I was having them.

One change came in this form:

It doesn't look like much, right? Well surprisingly, it's a game changer for me.

Called the "Workrite Travelrite", it's a computer stand for my laptop that keeps me from bending my neck into a position that compresses nerves and strains muscles.

At the suggestion of the physical therapist I saw in Portland, I bought it, hoping that it would bring the relief I needed. I looked around at Best Buy, Staples and other online sites for cheaper versions, but finally decided to order the very one she uses. Am I ever glad I did! Because I spend so much time on my laptop (who doesn't these days?!), this has brought a tremendous amount of relief to me.

The company that makes them has a much higher price tag on it than where I bought it from. If this would help you from constant neck and muscle strain, you can find it HERE for a better price.

Computer stand, neck relief, uncompressed nerves, no migraines: PRICELESS.

  1. I'm so thrilled that you're still feeling relief. YAY!!! And you are so right that it's worth the investment if it has to do with your health. So glad to see the picture rather than just hearing about it. I never saw this when you were here. :o)

What a testimony worth celebrating to hear that you're back to feeling like YOU! And what a challenging journey you had to get here. (But the night that you, Dave and I laughed uproariously at your pictures made your treatment days one of the best I've had in 2014!!!)
