Young Friends in Town

With friends visiting us from the States right now, there was no better place to spend a beautiful 4th of July than at our Ostrava zoo!

What a grand day it was there! While there are surely fancier and more exotic zoos elsewhere in the world, I have always loved the diversity and simplicity of ours. It was pure delight to share it with our friends and their kids today.

With our kids all grown, a day at the zoo doesn't happen unless we're there on family day at a JV conference, or if some kid friends are in town. I'm glad my young friends were here so we could all enjoy it today!
