These Kinds of Days

I love a reason to get out with a real camera and take photos. But the way life rolls these days, I don't get to do it anywhere near as often as I'd like to.

So when someone asked if I could do a photo shoot today, I was ONLY too happy to oblige!

We headed to the upper square of Frýdek-Místek, where the beautiful zamek (palace) overlooks the area.

This picture makes me laugh because of the dirty bus next to it. Photography is ALL ABOUT perspective, isn't it?!

Since I was the one with the camera, and was taking portraits, I only captured these three photos on my phone.

But it's a nice reminder of a beautiful wintry day when I got to love on someone by trudging through snow, carrying a camera, and trying to find just the right place for perfect photos.

These kinds of days make me happy.
