Global Leadership Summit

This morning I said goodbye to Dave as he headed off to the airport for a flight to the US.

I really love that in these days of our lives we are able to travel together so much of the time. It's a privilege and a joy to share life and ministry with Dave!

But for this trip, I'm staying home while he attends the Global Leadership Summit in Barrington, IL with his executive JV leadership team. This is an event that's been taking place for 24 years, equipping and inspiring a whole generation of Christian leaders.

We've heard about it for years, but Dave's never been able to go. So this is a unique opportunity for him, Mel, Josh and Terry to experience this training together!

He'll be back on Sunday, so it's a short trip, which I'm glad for! I like sharing life alongside this man, and will be happy to have him home again.
