Breakfast for Neighbors

This morning I had to be up and out of the house by 6. If I hadn't been up, I wouldn't have been able to see breakfast happening out in our yard! 🤣 🤣 🤣

I stepped out of our kitchen door and looked to my right, noticing the deer in the pumpkin patch - and actually took this photo first.

And then zoomed in and took the one that I posted first.

What's funny about that is that it wasn't until I'd taken that picture of the one deer, that I noticed the others! 🤣

For years a saying in our family has been, "We live in a zoo!" And when I sent the photos to Dave (who is in the States right now), that's exactly what he said!

I'm not against deer, but I really don't want them having breakfast at our house. So I shooed them away.

But somehow I think they'll probably be back.
