The Clock is Ticking

Dave and I were up at the cabins this morning, checking in on the progress.

There are only five days, counting today, until we have guests staying in them!

As you can see, we've still got a bit of work ahead!

A BIG shout-out to Petr Bozon (whose head you see in the above picture!) for his hard work these past months. He has coordinated all the work crews, paid and volunteer, to get these cabins finished. The amount of hours he is putting in right now to have them ready for JV conference is definitely above and beyond the call of duty! (His wife, Lauren, gets a special shout-out too for hanging in there with him on this project!)

While he, Dave and I have worked on the project together, it's really Petr's work that has seen it to completion. Like installing this stove himself yesterday!

We love working together on these projects!  Each of us brings something different to the table, that hopefully results in something that brings glory to God and lots of pleasure to the guests who will stay there!

I've heard that the cabins are already booked 50% between now and the end of the year...and we haven't even advertised that they're available! So I'm sure they're going to get a lot of use in the months and years to come.

It is our hope and prayer that this will further expand the ministry at Malenovice, making it possible for more people to be ministered to and blessed in this unique and beautiful setting!
