Dobré ráno/Good Morning

We started off our morning up at beautiful, snowy Malenovice today for a special event.

All those who work with KAM (our Czech JV organization) and the JV international office came together for a morning prayer breakfast to start off the new year with each other.

What an encouraging time to spend in worship...

And in prayer, both collectively, and in pairs. I loved that besides breakfast, a few words and announcements, the majority of the time was really spent in prayer. That's a good way to start off the new year!

This morning also kicked off a 24/3 prayer chain...meaning 24 hours of prayer for 3 days.

In our prayer room at Malenka (a special place we built in the basement of where we met today), everyone will take turns over the next 72 hours as they pray for the coming year of ministry here in Czech and JV-wide, as well as for our own personal lives. My first time in the prayer room starts tonight at 11-12 PM. Feel free to join me from wherever you are in the world!

I am so thankful for my brothers and sisters in Christ who gathered this morning: for their faith, courage and trust in the Lord that motivates them each day to be a witness for Jesus in this country.
