In Eugene

A flight from Chicago to Portland, and a car ride from Portland to Eugene brought us to see these very significant people today.

That's my mom and dad! Who are also affectionately known to my kids as "Grandma and Bapa"!

Aside from coming to see them just for the pure joy of it, we're also here for this.

In connection with my parent's home church here in Eugene, my mom arranged for Claire and I to speak during their Wednesday night service. What a special opportunity to share about Josiah Venture, and the unique ministry that Claire will be joining us in!

It's always a privilege to talk about something so dear to our hearts, and especially to get to do it together!
