Tucked In

Last August I was praying for all our family members, when the Lord highlighted one of them and gave me an idea.

That idea is about to become reality today!

I met this family member 35 years ago this spring, when I joined the Malachi Singers for a summer of evangelism in Europe. Little did I know that I would end up marrying this person's brother!

Yes, my dear sister-in-law, Joyce, is the one that God put on my heart to suggest that we do a "sister trip" in Croatia.

We've been family for 32 years, but have never done something with just the two of us!

Between hers and my schedules, it worked out best for us to meet up here in Split in March, and head over to Hvar for some time together at our house there.

After dinner in the city, we got on the ferry and made our way across the sea...getting coffee for her so she could stay awake since she'd just flown in from the States and been up for many hours!

We arrived safely and are now tucked in at our house for some really special time together!
