Slow Drive

After some car troubles on this vacation, we took it in to a garage in Split this morning to have it looked at. They hooked up a computer to "read" everything...and said it was fine!

So off we went towards home.

The last section of highway where you can still see the beauty of Croatian water: Skradin

But all was not well with the car as we drove. It kept going into safe mode and reducing our power.

Coffee in Slovenia helped me feel better, but not the car!

We had a big scare in Austria when a message flashed onto the dashboard, so pulled over for Dave to read the manual and find out what was going on.

Come to find out, it was totally unrelated to the other problem! 😝 It was just a message telling us that a sensor was dirty!

When all was said and done, we rolled into our driveway at 11:58 PM, after driving for 16 hours. We are so so so very thankful that the car is still running! And are anxious to get it into our car repair place as soon as possible to find out what's going on.

But all is well, and we are happy and rested from an incredible vacation this year!
