Study in Vienna

This is not your typical view of Vienna.

But it's where we've been the past two days for a theological study summit with a group of JV missionaries.

At least they had a Christmas tree in the lobby to look at on the breaks!

We spent three hours on Wednesday night, and twelve hours today working through what God's word says about women and their roles, beginning in Genesis and going all the way through the New Testament. I felt like I was back in Bible school!

It was such a rich discussion; spending that much time in the Bible is always a blessing! I'm thankful for this group of people who gave their time and insights on this topic.

I'm praying that the results of this time of study will bless all of our women who serve in JV so that they can fully do all that God created for them to do as they share their lives and the Gospel.

For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10
